1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using NOKORI (“the App”), developed and operated by Morpheus Digital (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
NOKORI is a personal budgeting application that helps users track daily spending using the 50/30/20 budget rule. The App provides tools for expense tracking, budget management, and financial visualization.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- All data you enter into the App
- Maintaining backups of your data
- The security of your device and cloud storage accounts
- Ensuring the accuracy of your financial records
4. Data and Privacy
- All your data is stored locally on your device and/or in cloud storage you choose
- We do not collect, store, or have access to your personal or financial data

5. In-App Purchases
- The App offers optional tip purchases to support development
- All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store)
- Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
- Tips do not unlock additional features; the App is fully functional without them
6. Intellectual Property
- The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Morpheus Digital
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Financial calculations are 100% accurate
- Data will never be lost
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENPHORIAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data
- Financial losses based on App calculations
- Business interruption
- Any other damages arising from your use of the App
9. Financial Advice Disclaimer
NOKORI is a budgeting tool only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult qualified professionals for financial decisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

2. サービスの説明

3. ユーザーの責任

5. アプリ内課金
- 本アプリは開発支援のためのチップ購入を任意で提供しています
- すべての購入はApple（App Store）またはGoogle（Play Store）によって処理されます
- 購入は適用法で要求される場合を除き、返金不可です
- チップは追加機能のロック解除ではありません。本アプリはチップなしでも完全に機能します
6. 知的財産権
- 本アプリとそのオリジナルコンテンツ、機能、および機能性はMorpheus Digitalに帰属します
- 本アプリのコピー、改変、配布、またはリバースエンジニアリングを行うことはできません
7. 保証の免責
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供され、いかなる種類の保証もありません。以下を保証するものではありません：

9. 財務アドバイスに関する免責事項
NOKORIは予算管理ツールのみです。財務、投資、税務、または法的アドバイスを提供するものではありません。財務上の決定については、常に資格のある専門家にご相談ください。
10. 規約の変更
当方はいつでもこれらの規約を変更する権利を留保します。変更後も本アプリを継続して使用することは、新しい規約への同意とみなされます。
11. 準拠法
これらの規約は日本法に準拠し、それに従って解釈されるものとします。
